- You must be authorized by your healthcare facility to use this platform and to process the data you enter.يجب أن تكون مخولًا من منشأتك الصحية لاستخدام هذه المنصة ومعالجة البيانات التي تدخلها.
- Access credentials must not be shared with anyone.لا يجوز مشاركة بيانات الدخول مع أي شخص.
- Data may only be accessed for legitimate assigned duties.لا يجوز الوصول إلى البيانات إلا لأداء المهام المكلف بها بشكل مشروع.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful entry of information.أنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات وإدخالها بشكل نظامي.
- Unauthorized access, disclosure, copying or export is prohibited.يُمنع الوصول أو الإفصاح أو النسخ أو التصدير غير المصرح به.
- Data is transmitted through encrypted HTTPS connections and stored using the cloud provider's available encryption controls. End-to-end and client-side encryption are not claimed.تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات HTTPS مشفّرة وتُخزّن باستخدام ضوابط التشفير المتاحة لدى مزود السحابة، ولا يُدّعى وجود تشفير طرفي أو من جهة العميل.
- NAJAT is clinical decision support and does not replace professional clinical judgement.نجاة أداة لدعم القرار السريري ولا تُغني عن الحكم السريري المهني.
- All access, changes and exports may be recorded in the audit log.قد تُسجل جميع عمليات الوصول والتغيير والتصدير في سجل التدقيق.
- Suspected privacy or security incidents must be reported immediately.يجب الإبلاغ فورًا عن أي اشتباه بحادثة خصوصية أو أمن.
- Acceptance does not replace the healthcare facility's legal obligations or its data-processing agreement.لا يحل القبول محل الالتزامات النظامية للمنشأة الصحية ولا محل اتفاقية معالجة البيانات الخاصة بها.

“I confirm that I am authorized by my healthcare facility to use this platform and process the data entered into it. I will only enter information required for authorized clinical purposes and will comply with my facility's privacy, confidentiality and cybersecurity policies.”
