1. Clinical decision support1. دعم القرار السريري

NAJAT — Sepsis Command 360 supports clinical decisions. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional clinical judgement, local protocols or direct patient assessment.تدعم نجاة — قيادة الإنتان 360 القرار السريري، وهي ليست جهازًا طبيًا ولا تُغني عن الحكم السريري المهني ولا عن البروتوكولات المحلية ولا عن التقييم المباشر للمريض.

2. Accounts and authorization2. الحسابات والتفويض

Accounts are personal. Staff join a facility only through an invitation issued by that facility. Credentials must not be shared, and each user must be authorized by their facility to process the data they enter.الحسابات شخصية، وينضم الموظف إلى المنشأة عبر دعوة صادرة منها فقط. ولا يجوز مشاركة بيانات الدخول، ويجب أن يكون كل مستخدم مخولًا من منشأته لمعالجة البيانات التي يدخلها.

3. Facility responsibility3. مسؤولية المنشأة

The subscribing facility is responsible for lawful use, for the accuracy of the information entered, for managing its users and roles, and for its own privacy, confidentiality and cybersecurity obligations.تتحمل المنشأة المشتركة مسؤولية الاستخدام النظامي ودقة البيانات المدخلة وإدارة مستخدميها وأدوارهم والتزاماتها المتعلقة بالخصوصية والسرية والأمن السيبراني.

4. Acceptable use4. الاستخدام المقبول

Unauthorized viewing, disclosure, copying or exporting of information is prohibited, as are attempts to access another facility's data, to bypass access controls, or to disrupt the service. Access, changes and exports may be recorded in the audit log.يُمنع الاطلاع أو الإفصاح أو النسخ أو التصدير غير المصرح به، كما تُمنع محاولات الوصول إلى بيانات منشأة أخرى أو تجاوز ضوابط الوصول أو تعطيل الخدمة، وقد تُسجل عمليات الوصول والتغيير والتصدير في سجل التدقيق.

5. Free trial5. التجربة المجانية

The default trial lasts 30 days from facility creation and allows one facility, up to 10 active users and up to 100 cases, with no payment card required. Limits are enforced by the service.تمتد التجربة الافتراضية 30 يومًا من إنشاء المنشأة وتتيح منشأة واحدة وحتى 10 مستخدمين نشطين و100 حالة دون بطاقة دفع، وتُطبَّق الحدود من جانب الخدمة.

6. After the trial6. بعد انتهاء التجربة

When the trial ends the facility becomes read-only: existing records remain available to view, report and export, while creating and editing records is blocked until a subscription is activated. Clinical information is not deleted automatically.عند انتهاء التجربة تتحول المنشأة إلى وضع القراءة فقط، فتبقى السجلات متاحة للاطلاع والتقارير والتصدير بينما يُمنع الإنشاء والتعديل حتى تفعيل الاشتراك، ولا تُحذف المعلومات السريرية تلقائيًا.

7. Availability and changes7. الإتاحة والتغييرات

The service may be updated, maintained or suspended for security or operational reasons. Material changes to these terms are notified in the application, and continued use after a new version is accepted constitutes agreement.قد يتم تحديث الخدمة أو صيانتها أو تعليقها لأسباب أمنية أو تشغيلية، ويُخطر بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق، ويُعد الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد قبول الإصدار الجديد موافقة عليه.
