1. Roles1. الأدوار
The healthcare facility that subscribes to NAJAT decides why and how patient information is processed. NAJAT operates the platform on the facility's instructions. This policy does not replace the facility's own legal obligations or any data-processing agreement between the parties.المنشأة الصحية المشتركة في نجاة هي من يحدد غرض وطريقة معالجة بيانات المرضى، وتشغّل نجاة المنصة وفق تعليمات المنشأة. لا تحل هذه السياسة محل الالتزامات النظامية للمنشأة ولا محل أي اتفاقية معالجة بيانات بين الطرفين.
2. Information processed2. المعلومات المعالجة
Account information (name, work email, optional mobile number, role, facility), clinical information entered by authorized staff (medical record number, demographics, screening values, bundle actions, outcomes), and technical records (sign-in events, audit entries, IP address, user agent).معلومات الحساب (الاسم، البريد المؤسسي، رقم الجوال اختياريًا، الدور، المنشأة)، والمعلومات السريرية التي يدخلها الموظفون المصرح لهم (رقم الملف الطبي، البيانات الديموغرافية، قيم الفحص، إجراءات الحزمة، النتائج)، والسجلات التقنية (أحداث الدخول، سجل التدقيق، عنوان الشبكة، معرف المتصفح).
3. Purpose3. الغرض
Information is used only to provide sepsis screening, alerting, bundle tracking, escalation, analytics, reporting, security monitoring and support. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.تُستخدم المعلومات فقط لتقديم خدمات فحص الإنتان والتنبيه وتتبع الحزمة والتصعيد والتحليلات والتقارير ومراقبة الأمن والدعم، ولا تُباع ولا تُستخدم لأغراض إعلانية.
4. Isolation and access4. العزل والوصول
Each facility's records are isolated at database level. Staff see only their own facility's data, and only what their role permits. Platform administration manages facilities, trials and configuration and does not access clinical patient data.تُعزل سجلات كل منشأة على مستوى قاعدة البيانات، ولا يرى الموظفون سوى بيانات منشأتهم وبما تسمح به أدوارهم. تدير إدارة المنصة المنشآت والتجارب والإعدادات ولا تصل إلى بيانات المرضى السريرية.
5. Security5. الأمن
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored using the cloud provider's available encryption controls. Controls include role-based access, database-level isolation, sign-in throttling and lockout, optional two-factor authentication, private file storage with short-lived links, and audit and security event logging. We do not claim end-to-end or client-side encryption.تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات HTTPS مشفّرة وتُخزّن باستخدام ضوابط التشفير المتاحة لدى مزود السحابة. وتشمل الضوابط الوصول حسب الدور والعزل على مستوى قاعدة البيانات وتقييد محاولات الدخول وقفل الحساب والتحقق بخطوتين اختياريًا وتخزين الملفات بشكل خاص عبر روابط قصيرة الأجل وسجلات التدقيق والأحداث الأمنية. ولا نزعم وجود تشفير طرفي أو من جهة العميل.
6. Hosting and processors6. الاستضافة والأطراف المعالِجة
The platform runs on Lovable Cloud infrastructure, with the managed database and authentication service hosted in the AWS Europe (Ireland) region. A current register of processors is available to subscribing facilities on request.تعمل المنصة على بنية Lovable Cloud، وتُستضاف قاعدة البيانات وخدمة الهوية المُدارة في منطقة AWS أوروبا (أيرلندا). ويتوفر سجل محدث بالأطراف المعالِجة للمنشآت المشتركة عند الطلب.
7. Retention7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
Clinical records are retained for the facility and are not deleted automatically when a trial ends or an account is closed. Deletion or export is carried out on the facility's documented instruction.يُحتفظ بالسجلات السريرية لصالح المنشأة ولا تُحذف تلقائيًا عند انتهاء التجربة أو إغلاق الحساب، ويتم الحذف أو التصدير بناءً على تعليمات موثقة من المنشأة.
8. Requests and incidents8. الطلبات والحوادث
Privacy requests are submitted through the contact form on the home page and are tracked. Suspected privacy or security incidents must be reported immediately through the same channel and to the facility's own reporting process.تُقدَّم طلبات الخصوصية عبر نموذج التواصل في الصفحة الرئيسية وتُتابع، ويجب الإبلاغ فورًا عن أي اشتباه بحادثة خصوصية أو أمن عبر القناة نفسها وعبر آلية الإبلاغ المعتمدة في المنشأة.
